To be successful in any modern business or not-for-profit, you must understand what shapes and drives the people who work with you - whether they are Board members, managers, employees or stakeholders - and how to deliver outcomes through proactive group dynamics.
Healing Masterclass: Universal Healing Framework is transformational training designed to do just this across any cultural environment.
It is delivered face-to-face in a physical environment, or online and delivered to groups (minimum six participants and a maximum of 30).
The Masterclass runs for 3.5 hours and is led by an experienced Healing Facilitator / Counsellor and proven business leader with decades of experience in establishing Cultural Terms of Reference Frameworks. It includes interactive sessions.

Note: This training can be applied within any cultural or cross-cultural environment. Participants master in-depth skills around unpacking Cultural Philosophical Ethos and Cultural Terms of Reference as they apply to today’s world.
This Masterclass also explores the Language of a Healing Paradigm, and how this can be applied to achieve significant outcomes through a group stakeholder model.

Learning Outcomes
Participants master how to:
- Explore cultural profiling through a Cultural Philosophical Ethos model
- Understand Cultural Terms of Reference (CTR) and the Language of a Healing Paradigm
- Establish a Cultural Terms of Reference Framework within any project or organisation to achieve specified outcomes
- Create ‘cohesion’ within a CTR Framework stakeholder group to form proactive group dynamics

- 3.5 hours’ coaching by an experienced Healing Facilitator / Counsellor and proven business leader who has successfully implemented Cultural Terms of Reference Frameworks
- Certificate of Completion for each participant
- Masterclass activities
- Handouts and check sheets for each participant to take away
- Attendance and feedback reports for organisational groups (on request)
Healing Masterclass: Universal Healing Framework is $350 incl GST per participant.
Individuals are welcome to enrol, and will join a larger group. Organisations can arrange for an in-house Masterclass, or enrol single or multiple participants in an external session.
